Los Ángeles

Los Angeles is the most populated and the largest city that pertains to the State of California in the USA. Also known by its initials, L.A., it has a population of 3.8 million people.

Los Angeles has one of the largest motorway networks in the world. It also has two bus lines, a metro and light rail lines. The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the main airport and situated in the top 5 for world air traffic.

We recommend that you talk a walk through the different neighbourhoods or "towns" of the different cultures like Little India, Korea Town, Little Tokyo, Thai Town, the Little Armenian and China Town.

In the eastern part of Los Angeles are the famous neighbourhoods of Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Beverly Hills and Bel-Air. You must also visit Hollywood where you can see the famous white letters in the mountain, the China Palace, the Kodak Theatre and the Walk of Fame.

Other interesting places are the Venice Beach, Sunset Boulevard, Pasadena, Santa Monica, and Rodeo Drive, etc.
